The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas & Spa Cancun, Cancun

Our stay at the Westin Lagunamar was absolutely fantastic, marked by the outstanding hospitality from the staff and an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The room we had was spacious and clean, complete with modern amenities like a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The location couldn't have been better as it was within walking distance to great dining options and shopping. However, there was a minor hiccup with room cleaning on one day, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent value for money.

My stay at the resort was truly memorable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the amazing service from the staff made me feel right at home. However, I did encounter issues with the amenities, as not everything was readily available, and the dining experience could have used more variety.

The spacious rooms offered stunning views, while the staff truly made this vacation memorable with their outstanding service. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, although it was just average. Overall, we enjoyed wonderful amenities like beautiful pools and a well-kept beach, but the breakfast didn't quite exceed expectations.
